  • The subject of the public contract is the supply of technology of school kitchen and other parts of catering operation in the building of the primary school Kvasiny. The kitchen is now being reconstructed in internal modifications of the layout and extension as part of the event "Revitalization of elementary schools and kindergartens Kvasiny - SO 03 - Reconstruction of the kitchen", which should be completed no later than 20. 12. 2025. As part of the delivery of the subject of the public contract, maximum cooperation with the general contractor is required. The technology is designed to suit the planned capacity and standards. The layout is divided into separate sections that They are designed to avoid crossing clean sections with unclean. The kitchen will be used to prepare lunch for elementary school pupils and lunch and kindergarten. The kitchen will be connected to new installations in the building. The routes of individual installations are solved by individual professions (electrical, ZTI, air conditioning). The overall concept of the kitchen It is divided into individual sections from the cooling and storage of food to preparation, heat treatment and food dispensing to washing used dishes to suit current hygienic regulations. The solved part of the operation is located on one floor - 1 NP and consists of the following sections: - Receipt and storage Dry and chilled food, garbage storage, packaging, etc. - production sections - food dispensing - dishwashing (table, operating) - washing and storage of thermoports includes installation of equipment for prepared wiring, plumbing and sewer, part of the supply It is also used assembly material, commissioning, calibration of individual equipment, adjustment, testing, basic technical tests of operation of operation, expanded cooking training, transport and ecological disposal of packaging materials.
