• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is: • delivery of a comprehensive cash register system for online and physical sales of tickets, goods and additional services, • delivery and rental of HW components (e.g. cash terminals with the possibility of connecting and operating a keyboard + mouse, self-service kiosks, ticket printers, turnstiles, access control devices), • implementation and connection of the system to the existing economic system (Helios) in the necessary scope and structure (currently the client uses the Helios Nephrite version), •customization of the system the requirements of historic preservation (appearance of kiosks, etc.), • providing customer support 7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00 (CET) •maintenance including classic regular updates and system service, • the possibility of further development (new modules, AI functions, marketing, attendance reports, etc.).
