• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the supply of Audiovisual equipment for the respective workplaces of the Faculty of Arts of the MU. The subject of this public contract is further specified in detail and will be further implemented under the commercial and technical conditions defined in the draft Contract in Annex A of the procurement documentation that is an integral part of this tender documentation. The public contract is divided into parts. Parts of the public contract represent individual items - types of required performance listed in the document "Technical specification of items and itemized budget", which forms Annex No. 1 of the draft contract (1 list item = 1 separate part of the public contract). An item can also have several sub-items - several different types of fulfillment). The participant is entitled to submit his offer for one part (item) of this public contract or to several parts (items) of this public contract or to all parts (items) of this public contract. The contract for each individual part of the tender (item) will always be concluded with the participant whose offer will be selected as most suitable for the relevant part of the VZ (item). It is assumed that no more than one contract will be concluded with each participant. Ultimately, a contract with one participant can also include several parts of the VZ (items), i.e. one participant can be a supplier multiple parts of VZ (items). Audiovisual equipment
