Description:
The subject of the Public Contract is the delivery and ensuring the functionality of IT technology - Queue monitoring system (QMS), for the needs of the Prague/Ruzyně airport, which will correspond to the functional and technical specification, will meet the technical requirements and will provide accurate monitoring and analysis of the movement of passengers onkey check-in points at the airport with the aim of increasing situational awareness of the progress of the check-in process inside the terminals for evaluating the fulfillment of SLAs and effective planning of the capacities of airport resources. This data will be used to streamline the check-in process and optimize existing operationsh terminal capacities, increasing awareness and quality of services provided for passengers. The supplier will provide both hardware and software of the QMS system, as well as subsequent service support for the given IT system for a period of min. sixty (60) months from the successful implementation and acceptance of the QMS at the first of the sites, i.eo under the conditions set out in Annexes 4 and 5 of the Tender Documentation, the Draft Contract for the Work and the Draft Contract for the Provision of Service Services, and spare parts and other relevant annexes to this Tender Documentation.
