- The subject of the Public Contract is the supply of 1 piece of multifunctional equipment for black and white printing, which will provide polygraphic services in the Ministry of Finance's polygraphy.parts) for a period of 60 months.
Service and material fulfillment is understood in particular:
- regular inspection and comprehensive maintenance of the multifunction printer according to the number of printed pages or the service plan of the manufacturer of the multifunction printer;
- complete service and repairs of the multifunction printer including the removal of defects, adjustmentsinstallation and operation of multifunctional printers, complete deliveries and replacement of all spare parts;
- deliveries of consumables except for office paper (e.g. toners, waste containers, belt units, fusing units, heads, rollers, maintenance kits prescribed by the manufacturer, developers, imaging unitsy, etc.) including take-back of used consumables;
- system update of multifunction printers.
The subject of the Public Contract is specified in detail in Appendix No. 3 ZD.
Supply and service of 1 piece of multifunctional equipment for black and white printing III
The subject of the Public Contract is delivery of 1 pc multifuction equipment for black and white printing, which will provide polygraphic services in the polygraphy of the Ministry of Finance.
Part of the Public Contract will be the supply of equipment and the provision of service support for operation (service inspections, maintenance, supply of toners and spare parts) for a period of 60 months.
