Description:
The subject of fulfillment of this public contract is to conclude a contract for the supply and installation of electronic heating costs, water meters for cold and hot domestic water with remote deduction of data without entering residential or non -residential premises.At least a monthly deduction and subsequent account of heat consumption between consumers. The subject of the public contract solves a complete replacement of existing water meters cold water (hereinafter referred to as SUVs) and hot utility water (hereinafter the TUV) and replacement of the heating cost distributors (hereinafter IRTN) forremotely deductible, in accordance with applicable legislation, including accessories providing the transmission of the necessary data in residential and non-residential houses owned by the statutory city of Frydek-Mistek. These are 59 buildings (apartments about 1300, not about 300). In total, there are currently 1595 SUV water meters,1267 DHW water meters and 3401 pcs IRTN see the Annex "List of buildings to replace irtn, SUV and DUV water meters". The data transfer method will be radio - from the meters to the node (bus) that will be in the appropriate number(expected number of 105 pcs) installed in individual buildings and which will ensure data transfer to the contractor server, which will ensure data processing, billing of heat consumption between consumers according to the valid decree.
