• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the supply and installation of play elements at the Za Farou playground in Planá nad Lužnicí. The technical specification of the deliveries is contained in Appendix No. 2 and in Appendix No. 3. Furthermore, the contracting authority attaches photo documentation of the place of performance and informs that at his own expense, he will remove the current old and worn elements and align any irregularities in the terrain. The delivered game elements will be new and must comply with valid standards and regulations, in particular ČSN EN 1176 and ČSN EN 1177 and will be visibly marked with a label manufacturer indicating the type of product and indicating the age category for which they are intended. As this is a publicly accessible children's playground, the material must have a long life and the elements must be designed with high stress and possible vandalism in mind. The client allows a slight modification of the dimensions of the game elements in a maximum range of 5% (up or down) in each individual dimension compared to the dimensions listed in Appendix No. 2 entitled: Item budget of supplies. Furthermore, the client attaches an illustrative photo of the game elements to the appendix: Appendix No. 3 - Technical conditions of the contracting authority, photo documentation of the place of performance. The illustration photos contain a sketch of the dimensions for a better clarity of the delivery. The supplier will provide supplies and related work to the client on the basis of the contract and according to the highest standards of professional efficiency and quality. The supplier will respect the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic when implementing the public contract.
