Description: The subject of the order is to carry out a work in a comprehensive delivery and installation of the mobile part of the ETCS Application Level 2 security system (Level 2), which will suit the basic 3 (Baseline 3) (hereinafter referred to as the "Device") to 5 FLIRT manufacturer Rail AG operated by the contracting authority.
The Contracting Authority requires gradual delivery (retrofitting) of ETCS Application Level (L2) compliant 3 (Baseline 3) in the latest version. Fulfillment includes all the necessary activities of the supplier from the takeover of the unit from the contracting authority to the transfer of the unit after both technical and legal entry of fully eligible operation back to the contracting authority with a fully functional ETCS, ie. All necessary activities, ie, in addition to the ETCS delivery itself, for example, ensuring a suitable design solution to integrate the integration of the ETCS mobile part.
