- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) Part 1 - Design furniture The subject of part 1 of the Public Contract is the supply and installation of Design furniture in the area of the Imperial Spa under the conditions and to the extent specified in the Contract for part 1 ( vifrom Appendix 3a Tender documentation).
The subject of the Public Contract is (i) the manufacture and supply of custom-designed furniture for the premises of the revitalized Cisařsky lazně ("Design Furniture") (ii) the supply of typical conventional furniture ("Type Furniture") and (iii) installation of the given furniture in the premises of Cisařskof the spa under the conditions and to the extent specified in the Contract. A detailed description of the individual parts of the furniture is included in Appendix No. 1 of the Tender Documentation. The public contract is divided into 6 parts. Part of this public order is only part 1 and 2 Part 1 Design furniture; Part 2 Type furniture Followparts 3-6 are not part of the tender procedure for this Public Contract and will be tendered separately in accordance with § 18 ZZVZ.
