Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply and implementation of an integrated system for managing warehouse and production processes (WMS and APS) and the provision of service support services. It is a system consisting of two functionally connected modules — WMS (Warehouse Management System) and APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) — which together cover the areas of planning, control and optimization of production and logistics in a Print-on-Demand custom production environment.
The system will provide comprehensive management of material, production and shipping flows, with an emphasis on data accuracy, traceability, capacity optimization and effective coordination between warehouse and production technologies.
The system must enable:
a) detailed planning and management of production capacities in the short and medium term,
b) advanced operational management of warehouse and production processes in real time,
c) mutual integration of planning and warehouse data,
d) flexible response to changing production needs, order flow and order priorities.
Part of the subject of performance is also, in particular:
a) Support for integration with the ABRA Gen ERP system, ensuring two-way exchange of data on orders, production batches, stock levels and accounting movements, and interconnection WMS and APS modules into one functional unit,
