TITLE: Delivery and implementation of the personnel information system and providing services

Description: The subject of the public contract is:
a) performing the work of the design, development, delivery and implementation of the personnel information system (hereinafter referred to as “IS PIS”), including the initial analysis of the existing client environment, system integration, data migration, testing, system modifications, system documentation, user training and user training and Providing the necessary user and ownership rights and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”),
b) Executing changes of the work before its completion in the range of up to 150 man of it,
(c) Provision of Administration and Maintenance Services (Service) IS PIS and
d) Provision of IS PIS development services, the upper limit of the number of manparts for development services is set at 150 human -year -olds, with the possibility to transfer the unused number of these persons only until the following calendar year.
The subject of performance is described in detail in the draft contract, which is Annex 1 ZD, especially in Article III. Object of the contract. The subject of this public contract is not the delivery of hardware.
