- The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of the information system, which consists of a hospital information system and a portal (hereinafter also "IS", which consists of "NIS" and "portal") in the contracting authority. The new IS will be implemented in two basic stages where the first stage will bereplaced the original NIS contracting authority in the extent of basic (necessary) functionalities and within the second stage the superstructure functions incl. The performance includes the provision of support and development services for an indefinite period. The participant also specifies the necessary licenses of the database environment for the operation of the new IS, ie NIS and Portal (databaseLicenses are part of the performance of this public contract).
