- Fulfillment is the supply and implementation of a unified information system (ERP) for management of standard economic processes, infrastructure applications and specific organization's agenda.ERP and uniform methodologies for the performance of electronic control checks pursuant to Section 16 (1) of Decree No. 416/2004 Coll., As amended, and its integration into the existing IT environment of the contracting authority, including customer and methodological support, to the extent and under the conditions specified in this tender documentation and itsAnnexes. The delivery and implementation of the ERP will be technological shift in the field of internal operation of the contracting authority, a qualitative shift in the field of economic processes and fulfillment of obligations placed on public institutions.Coll., On Financial Control, as amended, implementing Decree No. 416/2004 Coll., As amended, methodical instructions and opinions of the central harmonization unit of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and must meet the requirements arising from Act No. 181/2014 Coll.Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., On Cyber Security.
