- The subject of the Public Contract is:
a) performance of work consisting in the design, development, supply and implementation of an economic information system (hereinafter referred to as "EKIS"), including initial analysis of the existing environment of the Commissioning Employer, system integration, data migration, testing, system modifications, documentationto the system, training users and providing the necessary user and license rights and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Work"),
b) making changes to the Work before its completion within the expected scope of 60 man-days,
c) providing management and maintenance services (service services) EKIS a
d) provision of development servicesoje EKIS, the expected number of man-days for development services is set at 80 man-days per year.
The subject of performance is described in detail in the Draft Contract, which is Appendix No. 1 of the ZD (hereinafter also the "Draft Contract"), especially in Article III. Subject of the contract.
