Description:
The Ministry of Finance (hereinafter also "MoF") is currently preparing the procurement procedure for the public contract "Delivery and implementation of an economic information system for the Office of the PS". This is a centralized order entered for the authorizing contracting authority, the Office of the Chamber of Deputies (hereinafter referred to as the "authorizingcontracting authority").
The Ministry of Finance will perform the role of the central contracting authority for this public contract, which means, among other things, that documents related to the procurement procedure will be published on the profile of the contracting authority of the Ministry of Finance. The public contract will be awarded in an open above-limit tendering processno. The contracting authority will conclude the contract with the selected supplier. Subsequent fulfillment will be provided exclusively by the Office of the Chamber of Deputies.
The subject of the public contract is the delivery, implementation, development and support of a new information system, which should fully replace the temporarily used solution. Deployment toproductive operation of the new information system is expected from 1/1/2025. The authorizing contracting authority requests already existing and practice-tested software ("box software").documentation during the procurement procedure.
As part of the preliminary market consultation, the following documents are published in working versions on the profile of the contracting authority of the Ministry of Finance:
-Appendix No. 1.1 ZD - Functional requirements,
-Appendix No. 1.4 ZD - Description of the required solution.
