• Description:
• The subject of this Public Contract is the supply of up to 70 new single-cell electric buses with slow charging (hereinafter also referred to as "electric bus") according to the specification contained in the ZD and its appendices, where from this total number of electric buses, up to 30 electric buses with a range of min. 350 km and up to 40 electric buses with a range of min. 250 km, and beyond
  (i) delivery of other goods defined in the Purchase Agreement,
  (ii) provision of appropriate technical support,
  (iii) provision of other services according to the Purchase Agreement,
  (iv) delivery of all necessary documentation, as well as provision of all necessary software.
  Part of the performance of the Public Contract there will also be training for the operator and relevant employees of the Employer to the extent and under the conditions set by the Contract.
  Part of the performance according to the concluded Purchase Agreement will also be the Supplier's obligation to ensure the supply of spare parts for electric buses, for the entire lifetime of the electric buses.
  The client guarantees the removal of 15 pcs of electric buses with a range of min. 350 km in the first stage (see Article 5 ZD and Article VIII of the Purchase Agreement). The number of electric buses taken in the second stage will be determined according to the Client's current needs according to the procedure according to Article VIII. Purchase contracts (see also Article 18.1. letter b) ZD).
  A more detailed specification of the Public procurement subject is contained in the binding model of the Purchase Agreement, which as Annex No. 1 of the Purchase Agreement forms an integral part of the Purchase Agreement.
  The result of the procurement procedure will be the conclusion of a Purchase Agreement with one selected Supplier, in the wording of the Model Contract, which forms part of the tender conditions of the Public Procurement.
