- The subject of the over-the-limit public contract "Delivery of 2 buses as a replacement for undelivered trolleybuses" is the supply of 2 new city low-floor buses 11.5 to 12.5 meters in length from an eligible supplier in the sense of § 48 paragraph 5 letter d) of the Act. Both buses must meet the technical conditions set out in tetechnical specification listed in Appendix No. 1 ZD - List of requirements for the supply of buses. The buses specified in this article and in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation are further referred to as "buses" or "vehicles" in this procurement documentation. The subject of delivery is exclusively new buses - it is not possibleto deal with reconstructed (refurbished, modernized) or used buses - the contracting authority does not allow the subject of delivery to be a bus that has already been used to transport passengers. They must be buses that have been approved for operation in the Czech Republic.
