- The subject of this public contract is the ongoing repeated supply of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices"), namely the supply of two types of dialyzers for hemodialysis, which are indicated for andoutpatients and hospitalized patients, incl. patients allergic to polysulfone, or for the needs of institutional care by IKEM (hereinafter referred to as "Medical supplies" or "Medical material").
