- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement, or framework agreements for each of the parts of the public contract. Each of the four framework agreements will be concluded by the Contracting Authority with one supplier in accordance with the binding template of the framework agreement for the relevant part of the public contract, which is Annex No. 4a - 4d of this Contractdocumentation. The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of a concluded framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "partial contracts") is the supply of outdoor elements of security equipment and communication technology. The subject of subcontracts of individual parts of the public contract is listed in Annex No. 1a 1d and Annex No. 4and - 4d of this Tender Documentation (hereinafter collectively referred to as "goods"), while the subject of the subcontract may be any combination or quantity of items listed in Annex No. 1 of this Tender Documentation (for the relevant part of the public procurement in which the framework agreement is concluded).
