- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework purchase agreement with one participant for the supply of up to eight (8) new, unused and also non-reconditioned LGBF car tank trailers, of which six (6) are without a hydraulic pump and two (2) are with a hydraulic pump, intended for securing transand flammable liquids (current liquid motor fuels, including biofuels) of class 3 according to the ADR agreement, in the valid wording as follows from this ZD and its appendices, especially No. 3 ZD Technical description of semi-trailers, where the specification of semi-trailers and technical conditions are given. The contracting authority reserves the right on the basis of and fromand the conditions stated in the contract to take two (2) more semi-trailers from the supplier, one (1) without a hydraulic pump and one (1) with a hydraulic pump.
