Description: The subject of performance are continuous deliveries of medicinal products with the active substance aflibercept in the composition and expected quantity specified in Annex No. 5 to this tender documentation. Annex No. 5 also contains the technical specification of the subject of performance.
- The quantity of the subject of performance stated in Annex No. 5 is an indicative quantity. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of performance of individual partial deliveries according to its immediate, resp. current needs with regard to the composition of patients without penalty or other sanction by the supplier.
- The subject of performance of the public contract is defined by a binding draft contract with an item price list, which forms an appendix to the tender conditions.
- The contracting authority will not reimburse suppliers for costs incurred in connection with participation in the procurement procedure.
