- The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of large containers for hazardous waste (contaminated from the healthcare sector) of group 18 according to the Waste Catalog (hereinafter also "waste containers" or "goods") needed to meet the needs of the contracting authority's workplaces, including transport to the destination for a period of 48 months or up toutilization of the financial amount of the public contract. The subject of the public contract must meet the following requirements of the contracting authority for the required waste containers: - made of harmless polypropylene - resistant to punctures, punctures and bursts - must have a well-fitting lid that can be easily closed withoutuse of greater force - easy handling for a woman (evaluation criterion) - the cap must be firmly held and the container must not have sharp edges, - self-adhesive labels with a description must be attached to the containers. Each container for hazardous waste must meet the requirements of applicable legislation, namely: a) EN ISO 23907-01, ceADR certification for transport and marking with waste code typically 180 101, 180 103 b) Concentration environment
