The subject of this public order is the supply of ordinary, special, CRM and atypical calibration gases (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") in a volume according to the operational needs of the contracting authority and its workplaces in Ostrava, Olomouc, Brno, Jihlava and Karvina. realization of the provided serviceseb, due to the nature of the mandate of the contracting authority defined by law and the activities carried out by it, assume uniform coordination and communication with the gas supplier, taking into account the need for the operability of the realized gas transport and uninterrupted and continuous supply of the contracting authority. In addition, gas deliveries take place on a one-to-one basisto a limited territorial unit based on the territorial authority of the contracting authority on the basis of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and on the amendment of some related laws.
