Description:
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of this part of the public contract is regular recurring supplies of ordinary gases, (hereinafter referred to as "goods") in pressure cylinders with a water volume of 10, 14, 20, 27 , 40 and 50 l (hereinafter also "pressure cylinders")also in Dewar containers with a volume of 20-50 l and filled into mobile storage tanks with a volume of 230 l (workplace in Jihlava) and 1500 l (workplace in Ostrava). The mobile tank with a volume of 230 l and Dewar containers with a volume of 20-50 l are the property of the client. The 1500 l mobile tank and the pressure cylinders are not propertym of the client and the client rents them from the supplier of goods. Gas deliveries (i.e. shipments), based on a purchase contract with the selected supplier, will be made in a volume according to the expected needs of the client's individual workplaces in Ostrava, Olomouc, Brno, Jihlava and Karvina.
The subject of fulfillment of this vpublic orders are for the supply of ordinary, special, CRM and atypical calibration gases (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") in a volume according to the operational needs of the contracting authority and its workplaces in Ostrava, Olomouc, Brno, Jihlava and Karvina. nature defined by lawThe assigned powers of the contracting authority and the activities carried out by it assume uniform coordination and communication with the gas supplier, taking into account the need for the operability of the realized gas transport and uninterrupted and continuous supply of the contracting authority. In addition, gas deliveries take place at uniformly defined territorial customsto those arising from the territorial authority of the contracting authority on the basis of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and on the amendment of some related laws.
