On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement for performance will be concluded with one selected suppliersubject of Public Procurement. The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the provision of supplies of 22 kV switchboards for the contracting authority's tram, electric bus and trolleybus switchyards under the conditions and within the deadlines specified in the binding draft of the Framework Agreementodes, corresponding to the item price list, and the specification of switchboards. On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one selected supplier for the fulfillment of the subject of the Public Contract.
