- The subject of the public contract is the energy savings of the building aimed at reducing energy, emissions, operating costs, improving the internal environment of the building and the appearance of the building.The building is covered with a gable roof. The construction work will be:
- to replace and insulate the facade with the ETICS thermal insulation system,
- to replace holes,
- to install PVE with a total output of 49.5 kWp including battery storage,
- to replace the roofing including a new lightning conductor,
-Directors with recuperation,
- to replace lighting and
- to switch the sewerage line from the raingoers and create a new branch of the rainwater sewer, which will be installed by the retention sump to delay rainwater.SO buildings - Documents :
