- The subject of the public contract is construction work when the roofs of pavilions C and E, consisting in the dismantling of the roofing (fiber -cement templates), old insulation against rainwater and formwork, which is in some places. At the same time, the roof windows and the remaining sheeting will be gradually dismantled. As part of the reconstruction, new formwork will be newly implemented, new roof battens, the contrast of the lath of the roofing will be mounted. Thermal insulation materials and vapor -proof foils will be installed according to the project documentation. At the same time, new electrical wiring will be installed in the attic and its cover with SDK boards. Subsequently, new roof windows are mounted and a new complete sheeting of the roofs is performed. In the final phase, new roofing is laid, mounting new eaves and rainwater downpipes. In conclusion, all elements that must be on the roof in terms of its maintenance and safety, such as walkable footbridges, ladders and securing against snow falling from roofs.
