- The subject is the construction work when the boiler room is completely reconstructed in the gym building and also in the DDŠ building including complete replacement of boilers, measurement and regulation systems, TV heaters, distributors, fittings and circulatory pumps. Condensing boilers will be installed, which will be more economical and will have more efficiency. A new connection of the individual heating circuits will be connected using a new distributor and collectors installed to the boiler room and at the same time all non -functional valves will be replaced. The gas boilers will also ensure the preparation of hot water in the new indirectly heating tank heater. A new boiler room control, including the required security equipment according to the current regulations, will be carried out. The operation of the boiler and the heating system will be controlled equivalent according to the outdoor temperature, the meaning -independent heating circuits will be controlled in controlly. The new heat source will be connected to the existing electrical network. The boiler room will correspond to all standards and regulations that are mandatory for these devices. The tightness test will be carried out and the device will be put into operation.
