- The purpose of the public contract is to implement the data warehouse, carry out the analysis of the city accounting and contributory organizations established by the city Lysá nad Labem, to create a uniform billing methodology, methodology for correct, uniform and continuously repeated procedures in these organizations for sending data on the management of the City of Lysa nad Labem , setting processes and tools of the city Lysá nad Labem and its contributory organizations for planning and confrontation of planning results, including setting indicators for measuring the efficiency of the management of quality across the spectrum of public services provided by established organizations, including mutual benchmarking. Implementation of a data warehouse, which will include the delivery of an application of the management information system (hereinafter referred to as "MIS"), will also include the delivery of analytical tools of business intelligence ("BI") for creating ad hoc reports above the data storage.
