- The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a web application serving as a data importer and exporter (hereinafter also "data portal" or "Application"). The application will be non-public, secure, serving as a data source for independent applications of the contracting authority, primarily applications of the Department of Strategies and Analyzes of Regional Politicsand housing policies (hereinafter also "OSARPPB") focused on the concept of Smart Cities (hereinafter also "SC") and regional policy - specifically, e.g. Smart City Compass, ObcePRO, Regional Information Service (hereinafter also "RIS"), Map server of the Ministry for local development (hereinafter also "MS"), Database of strategies, caseother applications of the contracting authority. At the same time, the collected data can be used by OSARPPB for analytical activities and strategic planning and management in the field of regional policy, or and housing policies. The delivered Application will automatically search, download and evaluate relevant data into a unified database(including the possibility of inserting the results of a questionnaire survey) and sending them to various applications of the contracting authority, will be of great benefit to the current web applications of the OSARPPB and opens up other possibilities in planning and management, especially regional policies of the Czech Republic. The data portal will be implemented as a modular systemusing individually functional, individually adjustable and replaceable modules. It will be desirable to design individual modules and layers with the possibility of being replaced by another solution or an already existing service and with the idea of maximum flexibility and scalability.
