Description: The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a contract on the basis of data communication services by providing data links in the specified locations of VZP CR, in order to increase the reliability of data communication and its capacity, functionality and availability of network connections in individual VZP sites The Czech Republic.
The subject of the public contract includes:
a) Providing data communication services in specified locations in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Services" / "Service") for the duration of the contract.
Providing the above services includes:
• setting up services and activation;
• providing related services, including proactive surveillance - solutions to downtime and customer support;
• cancellation of services;
(b) the work of the supplier's network specialist, drawn ad hoc on request VZP CR from the date of signing the acceptance protocol to the end of the contract within the maximum range of 50 MD (Man Day).
