Description: The subject of the public contract is to provide contracting authorities agreed publicly available electronic communications services via a fixed network (data services, internet connection, voice services in a fixed location). Fulfillment includes a complete establishment of a data network according to the parameters set by the Client in the Technical Specification and shall ensure the operation of the data networks in question, including testing (pilot) operation in accordance with the technical specifications. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with one participant for 48 months.
