Brief description: The contract involves the implementation of continuous repairs of steel barriers on the D5 motorway for 6 months from the effectiveness of the contract or until the effectiveness of the new Framework Agreement of the SSD or SSÚD 9 for crash repairs occurs. It is partial repairs of crashes that do not fully meet their function. The place of filling is a D5 motorway in section KM 28.50 - km 80.0 (left, right incl. Center devices). Mostly, it will be partial repairs damage to the crash of the vehicle. Repairs of different long sub-sections are assumed with different degrees of damage. In the event of damages, when the culprit is known, the fulfillment will be paid by the relevant culprit insurer. In the event of damages, when the culprit is unknown, the performance will be paid to the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the ŘSD of the Czech Republic is paid by repairs of crashes that do not comply with TP. In the event of repairs - the perpetrator unknown, the contractor shall transmit the removed steel elements of the Client in the SSÚD 9. The contractor shall result in a workbook according to SGR 4/2019 as amended. The Contractor will take photo documentation from the performance of the work, which will be apparent to carry out activities and progress. DIO ensures the contractor.
