• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the implementation of measures for the protection of amphibians and reptiles for the construction of "D35 Staré Město - Mohelnice". Protection will be ensured in the form of installation and maintenance of temporary migration barriers (including all negotiations). The barriers will then be handed over to the concessionaire buildings "D35 Staré Město - Mohelnice" or possibly dismantled to a certain extent. Part of the contract is the maintenance of the barriers and their possible repair in the event of damage, including cutting down the barriers in order to maintain their impermeability for the duration of the contract. Building "D35 Staré Město - Mohelnice" will be implemented in the form of a PPP project. With regard to the development of the selection of the construction concessionaire by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, it was decided to ensure all the necessary pre-construction surveys and measures, by the ŘSD s.p. Considering in addition to the fact that land preparation and land use planning are underway on the affected highway section, the construction site will be left with an exposed foundation joint for a certain period of time, which entails risks in terms of fulfilling the obligations arising from the requirements for nature and landscape protection. Of these for the above reasons, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of measures to protect amphibians and reptiles.
