Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is the construction of the highway D3 0312/II Nažidla - Dolni Dvoriste, st. border. Section D3 0312/II, which is part of the newly constructed highway D3 Prague - Tabor - Ceske Budejovice - state border CR/Austria. The total length of the section is 3 160 m in km 171.540 to 174.700. This is a new construction of a highway in category D 25.5/130 with an extension of the SDP (D26.0/130), which partly uses construction forces. I/3. The route starts between the villages of Suchdol and Trojany near Dolni Dvoriste, before crossing the Trojansky stream and ends approx. 400 m from the state border. Contractor je is obliged to coordinate the construction in time, territory and technically incl. providing cooperation and allowing access to the contractors or third parties listed above, but also to the Contractor and the designer of the construction D3 0312/I Kaplice nadraži - Nažidla, Contractors felling outside forest greenery, Contractors of gas pipelines and electro - EG.D a.s. or to other contractors designated by the Customer, e.g. felling of non-forest greenery.
