Description: Public contract for the construction of a new bilateral rest area along the D3 motorway (section D0309 / II Ševětín - Borek, put into operation on 12/2019). Each rest area includes furniture, charging stations for electric cars, lighting and other equipment. As part of the rest area, an area is reserved for the establishment of CSPH, including the necessary connections to the technical infrastructure networks. The construction of ČSPH itself is not part of this public contract. Capacity is a medium rest with an area for CSPH, without a restaurant. The rest for its operation will need electricity supply for ČSPH and outdoor lighting, as well as water supply and sewage for ČSPH operation. Rainwater will be drained by a rainwater drainage system through retention and settling tanks within the main route D3. At the rest area, there will be a space for rest (places to sit and refresh, exercise element, greenery, etc.), a playground.
