- We require the material according to the specification in the Annex to this assignment. In case you offer a different, suitable replacement than we mention as a suitable example for delivery, attach a picture with the description and parameters of the offered goods to compare the fulfillment of the specified parameters. The usability time of at least 18 months from the date of receipt by the buyer, if the manufacturer has determined the shorter use time, then it is necessary to supply a material whose usability time is at least 2/3 of the total applicability determined by the manufacturer from the date of receipt by the buyer. The medical means must be marked with a mark and a declaration of conformity must be issued.
