Description:
The subject of the public contract for the Czech Central Office of Tourism - CzechTourism is the complete provision and organization of 2 social evenings for the participants of the Czechia Travel Trade Day event.
Networking evening
This is an informal networking meeting with a smaller accompanying program in which they will be participants representatives of the CzechTourism agency, partners of the CzechTourism agency, international buyers in the field of tourism, foreign B2B journalists and directors of foreign representations of the CzechTourism agency.
The share of foreign participants will be about 70% of the total number.
The aim of the evening is the meeting of international buyers and foreign journalists with representatives of the CzechTourism agency and its main partners, exchanging experiences, establishing new contacts or supporting mutual cooperation, in a pleasant informal environment that should be original and attractive to foreign guests.
Gala evening
It is about a formal festive evening, which should be the culmination of the entire event and which should include a rich accompanying program.
The participants of the gala evening will be representatives of the CzechTourism agency, representatives of the MMR, partners of the CzechTourism agency, international buyers in the field of tourism, Czech and foreign journalists, directors of foreign representations, Czech representatives working in the field of tourism.
