- The optove fiber spectrometer is a modular device with high sensitivity, high quantum efficiency and temperature stability, designed for measurement of fluorescence and absorbance in UV and vis area to a minimum range of wavelengths of 200 to 930 nm. The device is used to quantify fluorescence in microfluidThe platform, while the connection to the microfluid system ensures optical fiber (in the property of the user). Due to the requirement for full integration within the microfluid platform, the dimensions of the device will not exceed 200 x 120 x 50 mm and a weight of 1.5 kg. The spectrometer is equipped with a thermoelectric -cooled 2D CCD sensorWith osvit from the back, spectral resolution in the wavelength range of at least 1.65 - 7.1 nm and integrated internal shutter. For spectral resolution optimization, it offers the possibility of using a removable set of slots. Included control software enabling automatic settings at leastIntegration time and wavelengths, kinetic collection of spectra and measurement of absorbance, transmitting, reflectance and colorimetry. The software also ensures export of measured data at least in ASCII format. The subject of the delivery is a new, complete, fully functional system ready for immediate use, including the requiredSW and the necessary accessories.
