• Subject of the public contract: Delivery of a cyber security system, with the fact that the client requests a ready-made system, not custom development, including delivery, installation and implementation, including training, delivery of software documentation and provision (enabling) test operation software (PAM - Privileged Access Management, Tool for central control of access to applications; UEM - Unified Endpoint Management, Tool for managing and setting up client stations; LOG Management, System for central collection, management and evaluation of logs) and provision of a perpetual license to this software (hereinafter referred to as "SW" or "software"), provision of technical support services for the software incl. support of the manufacturer of the supplied SW (updates and SW patches) for a period of five (5) years from the deployment of the productive one SW operation, further processing of documentation including documentation 1. provision of the KBI management process and definition of its form, 2. determination of the scope of KYBEZ management and definition of the RACI matrix of obligations of the regulated service provider, 3. provision of basic prerequisites for management of KYBEZ, 4. creation of security documentation and policies, 5. creation of documentation for business continuity management, 6. provision of training for employees, management and professional roles (hereinafter referred to as "documentation" or "Documentation"), including continuous updating documentation (to ensure compliance with valid legal regulations in the field of cyber security), for the duration of the provision of technical support services for the software, as well as the provision of continuous security supervision (SOC) services - hereinafter referred to as "SOC" and physical services persons authorized to act on behalf of regulated service providers in matters pursuant to Act No. 264/2025 Coll. on cyber security (hereinafter referred to as "authorized person" and Ac...
