Sensitive information
Annex 1 - Technical Specifications - The Non -public part is not publicly accessible for sensitive information. The contracting authority therefore condition the provision of Annex 1 by accepting reasonable measures to protect the confidential nature of informationcontained in this Annex, in accordance with Section 96 (2) in conjunction with Section 36 (8) of the Act. As a reasonable measure within the meaning of this provision, the contracting authority determined the following condition:
- the contracting authority shall provide Annex 1- Technical Specifications- Non-public part of the Supplier in electronic formexclusively on the basis of the electronic request of the supplier, or from the adoption of Annex 2 - the declaration of confidentiality of confidential information.
- the contracting authority shall provide the supplier no.Annex 2 will be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or with a participant (in a simple copy). In the case of authorization of the signing person, a power of attorney will also be enclosed (a simple copy of the contracting authority is sufficient). - Phase 4 - DC
