(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of performance of the 1st part of the public contract (jea) is the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of a set of aggregation routing network elements for faculty intercommunication, all according to the technical specifications, whichra is listed in Appendix No. 4 of the procurement documentation, including transportation to the place of performance and provision of warranty service and technical support for the duration of the warranty and connection of new deliveries with the existing systems of the Contracting Authority; b) are also all optical and metallic connecting or power cables, SFP( ) modules, moinstallation kits for the installation of the supplied elements inside existing data cabinets and other installation material, installation and configuration of all supplied network elements, i.e. complete, functional and flawless execution of all related installation work, including the supply of necessary materials and equipmentthose for the proper completion of the subject of performance and ensuring its operability. The technical solution offered must be fully compatible with the existing computer network at the Palacky University in Olomouc; c) is the cleaning and removal of all packaging from the place of filling and other materials used during the actual installation in sin accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended.
The subject of the public contract is the supply of 3 aggregation routing sets for the Palacky University in Olomouc. two separate parts, while Deliverytel can submit its offer for any part of the public contract, it can also submit its offer for both parts of the public contract.
