Description: The subject is the main part of the construction of the cultural center in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. It is a civic multi-storey building of 52x40 m (including the overhanging part of the roof). The building consists of three halls situated crosswise in three tracts side by side: 16m large hall, 12m indoor atrium and 12 small hall. These tracts are followed by the necessary additional operations in the longitudinal direction - Foyer with backgrounds for visitors in the entrance tract and the facilities of the hall, performers and employees with a rear predominated tract.
