Description: The subject of the competition is the processing of the architectural design of the reconstruction and revitalization of the Cinema 70 building in Nové Město nad Metují and its future multifunction use for the operation of cinema, theater, music and other possible productions.
Part of the assignment is also a proposal of related public spaces and related premises to the extent defined in the competition background.
The competition design will serve as a conceptual basis for the reconstruction and revitalization of the cinema building 70. The town of Nové Město nad Metují, aware of the importance of this public building, will seek the way of gradual realization based on the results of the architectural competition. For this purpose, the winner of the competition will be entered in the competition design into the form of documentation - design of construction - architectural study and all follow -up performance phases of project documentation (project for the location of construction - major, project for construction - DSP, construction project - PCB, list of works and supplies, author supervision).
