Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the repair and construction of roads and the implementation of landscape improvements. The purpose of the construction is to ensure the transport infrastructure in the given locality and to restore and plant greenery. Dates of performance The Contractor is obliged to perform the Work, i.e. complete and hand over the Work, within the dates set by the client. - Expected date of handover of the construction site: after the conclusion of the contract and issuance of the client's instructions (January 2026) - Completion of the works and delivery of the work incl. submission of all documents necessary to submit a complete application for the issuance of a approval decision: 3.5 months from the handover of the construction site
