- The subject of the public contract is divided into two parts (Part A and Part B) for the sake of greater clarity of the description of the subject of the public contract. However, this is not a division of the subject of a public contract in the sense of ZZVZ. Suppliers are obliged to submit an offer for both parts of the public contract.
Part A - Design and technical dodocumentation - dome of the specialist workplace (diameter 6 m) Part B - Project and technical documentation - east and west dome on the main building (diameter 3 m)
Each of the listed parts of the public contract separately will be further divided into 2 stages, namely:
(1) processing of the technical report and drawing part for mecmechanical modifications related to the repair/replacement of drive systems for rotating the dome and opening the slot (2) processing of the technical report and drawing part for the supply of the electrical part and MaR - measurement and regulation, (high and low current including control systems, remote control and communication between individual parts).
The project and technical documentation will be based on the submitted PD of the building structures of both buildings. Also available scans of construction or assembly drawings for some parts and files for movement and rotation of domes. If the PD and technical drawings provided do not contain the necessary data, make theml will ensure their measurement and finishing in the existing documents.
The project and technical documentation will address and include, among others, the following areas: (a) modification or construction of secondary switchboards (including switchboards on the movable part of the dome) for individual domes, including the design of their location and dimmeasuring the capacities of supply cables; (b) production plans/projects of all necessary switchboards for their manufacture; (c) will address cable routes; (d) will address the location of control computers and the routing of communication lines; (e) will contain an overview of the location and assembly of MaR elements.
Suppliers must ensure, among other things,technical survey of the affected domes and must become familiar with the current condition of the 6m dome on the professional workplace building (Part A) and two 3m domes on the main observatory building (Part B) 1 inspection day. It is necessary to process the analysis of the existing project and technical documentation and compare it with knowledge from the stateebno-technical survey and clarification of the user specification.

The purpose of the public contract is the processing of PD mechanical movement systems (turning the dome and opening the slot) and a complete electrical and MaR project with the aim of robotizing the system and connecting with the controllers youinstallation of telescopes and remote control for a total of 3 domes, which will be part of the modernization of the technical equipment of the Hvězdarna Valašske Meziřiči, p. o. area as part of the implementation of the new building of the Cultural and Creative Center - Hvězdarna Valašske Meziřiči, p. o. within the approved project -a host of activities and activities of the observatory. - Documents :
