Description: The subject of performance is to perform the reconstruction and superstructure of one floor of the G -College building and a partial reconstruction of the FG connecting neck in the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. The reconstruction mainly concerns the replacement of all internal technical wiring (sewerage, water supply, heating, air conditioning, heavy -current and low -voltage wiring), reconstruction of accommodation units and their hygienic facilities, technical rooms, warehouses and collective rooms. The subject of performance is also the installation of the system for the use of gray water and the design of building modifications resulting from the requirements of a fire safety solution - especially the installation of a stable fire extinguisher system, building an evacuation lift attached to the northern facade and an outdoor fire staircase attached to the south facade. The subject of the filling also includes the supply and installation of interior equipment (furniture and equipment).
