- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the preparation of one-stage project documentation for the construction of the "Česka Třebova Gymnasium - roof reconstruction" in the stages of documentation for the permission of the project and for the implementation of the construction to the extent according to § 157 of the Building Act and its implementing decrees and to the extent of the documentation for commissioning/implementation of construction according to the Public Procurement Act. Part of the performance of the public contract is also the provision of the necessary surveys, assessments, studies and measurements necessary to obtain planning permission, as well as engineering activities including, in particular, discussions with the relevant authorities and participants in the proceedings, when the result must be uncontradictory positive opinions on the project documentation. The subject of the contract is also the performance of the designer's supervision activities according to § 161, paragraph 2 of the Construction Act, over the compliance of the completed building with the verified project documentation by the contractor of the project documentation.
