• 2. Information on the subject of the public contract 2.1 The general subject of the public contract is the preparation of comprehensive project documentation and related activities in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), as amended, and generally in compliance with legal regulations and relevant standards for the purpose of carrying out construction works consisting of modifications and repairs of exterior plastering of facades, replacement of windows and entrance doors, and repairs of roofs and roof trusses of selected apartment buildings in the Psychiatric complex Bohnice Hospital. Apartment buildings are a cultural monument according to Act No. 20/1987 Coll., on State Monument Care, as amended. 2.2 The specific subject of this order is: a) carrying out a mycological survey consisting of a professional assessment of the condition of wooden elements, which reveals infestation by wood-destroying fungi, molds and insects. The survey includes a visual inspection, taking samples and their laboratory analysis, and the subsequent preparation of a mycological report in written form with recommendations for remediation and protection, and that before the DPS is made; b) development of project documentation at the level of "Documentation for construction implementation" according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll. and Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., as amended (hereinafter referred to as "DPS") for construction modifications and repairs of apartment buildings consisting of modifications and repairs of external plastering of facades, replacement of windows and entrance doors and repairs of roofs and roof trusses of these apartment buildings in the contracting authority's premises according to the requirements further specified in this procurement documentation, c) p...
