- Creation of methodologies for the analysis of operations with the proposal of measures aimed at applying the principles of the circular economy (Circular Audit I.) and for assessing projects in subsidy programs for the area of the circular economy (Circular Audit II.)
The subject of a public contract in research, development and innovationis the acquisition of a proposal for a project framework solution in the form of a competitive dialogue for services in applied research, development or innovation up to the form of a realizable project that will have the attributes of applied research, experimental development or innovation. The project framework aims to define a project thatwill be prepared by the provider in the sense of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV. The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain a proposal for a solution to the project framework in the form of a competitive dialogue for services in applied research, development or innovation up to the form of a realizable project that will havebuty of applied research, experimental development or innovation. The project framework aims at the definition of the project, which will be prepared by the provider in the sense of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV.
